Who is responsible

Hyperskill independent beta project is responsible for the personal data described in this notice and operates from the United Kingdom. For privacy questions or requests, email info@agentsapp.ai.

Data we process

• your public wallet address and wallet-authentication signatures;
• invite, authentication, session, and legal-acceptance records;
• the testnet agent address, approval status, strategy choice, limits, and configuration;
• testnet positions, equity, orders, activity, errors, and HALT status;
• messages you send us; and
• security and service logs, which may include IP address, request, device, and time data.

We do not ask for your private key or recovery phrase. Public blockchain or testnet activity may also be visible independently of Hyperskill.

Why we use it

We process data to provide and secure the invited beta, verify wallet control, create and operate your requested testnet setup, enforce safety limits, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, keep evidence of accepted terms, and respond to you.

Our UK GDPR bases are performance of our agreement, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the beta, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where we expressly ask for it. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies for beta invitations, short-lived wallet challenges, authenticated sessions, and security. A session normally lasts up to seven days. Your browser stores your light or dark theme preference locally. Before you choose, Google Analytics receives cookieless consent-state and page-measurement pings while analytics storage remains denied. Accepting enables analytics cookies for visits, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and device type; declining keeps storage denied. Analytics is not required to use the core service, and we do not use advertising cookies.

Sharing and international processing

We use infrastructure and third-party services needed to operate the beta, including hosting, wallet software, and Hyperliquid testnet. They may process data under their own notices, and processing may occur outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. We may also disclose data when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Wallet sessions and testnet approvals are time-limited. Operational, security, contact, and acceptance records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the beta, disputes, security, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. We use access controls, restricted file permissions, encryption for stored agent keys, and other reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We may need to verify that a request relates to your wallet or account.

Changes

We may update this notice as the beta changes. Material changes will receive a new version and, where required, renewed acceptance. See also our Terms and Risk disclosure.
