Risk disclosure

Effective 12 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-12

Simulations can mislead

All displayed returns are historical simulations, not live performance. Backtests can be affected by data quality, assumptions, market selection, time period, fees, funding, slippage, liquidity, implementation differences, and overfitting. A high rank or positive result does not predict future performance and does not grant deployment authority.

Testnet trading still has risks

A strategy, software defect, delayed data, network failure, wallet error, or compromised trade-only agent can place harmful trades, generate testnet fees, or liquidate the testnet balance. A trade-only agent cannot withdraw, but it can trade within its approval. Hyperliquid testnet and wallet providers may be unavailable, reset data, or behave differently from mainnet.

Safety controls are not guarantees

Hyperskill limits the beta to BTC, ETH, and SOL, applies a maximum 1× leverage cap, and enforces position and drawdown controls independently of strategy output. These controls reduce some risks but cannot prevent every loss, fault, stale action, or liquidation. Monitor your test and use the dashboard HALT control when needed.

Protect your wallet

Confirm that wallet prompts refer to Hyperliquid testnet and the expected trade-only agent. Never provide a private key or recovery phrase. Revoke an agent you no longer recognise or use, and contact info@agentsapp.ai if something looks wrong.

Your decision
