Terms
Effective 12 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-12
About these terms
These terms govern your use of Hyperskill, an independent beta project operated from the United Kingdom. Contact us at info@agentsapp.ai. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read the Privacy notice and the Risk disclosure.
Beta service only
Hyperskill compares historical crypto strategy simulations and may let invited users run an exact strategy on Hyperliquid testnet. The service does not support mainnet, real-money trading, deposits, withdrawals, billing, or investment management. Testnet assets have no monetary value.
The service is experimental. Features, access, data, and availability may change or end without notice. We may suspend access to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to accept these terms, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for your wallet, devices, credentials, and compliance with rules that apply where you live. Do not misuse the service, evade access controls, disrupt it, probe other users' data, or use it for unlawful activity.
Never share a private key or recovery phrase with Hyperskill. Review wallet prompts before signing and use only a wallet and testnet account you control.
No advice or promise of results
Hyperskill provides software and information, not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. All displayed returns are historical simulations. They are not live performance, a recommendation, a forecast, or a promise of future results.
Third-party services and software
Wallets, Hyperliquid testnet, public strategy sources, networks, and other third-party services have their own terms and may fail or change independently. We are not responsible for third-party services. Source code and third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.
Disclaimers and liability
The beta is provided as available and without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, lost opportunity, or loss arising from a wallet, network, third-party service, or testnet action.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Changes and ending access
We may update these terms for legal, security, or product changes. Material changes require acceptance of a new version before further testnet use. You may stop using the service at any time and use the dashboard HALT control for an active test.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
